Oklahoma’s First Congressional District includes all of Tulsa County and parts of Creek, Rogers, and Wagoner counties.

Oklahoma’s partisan primaries are closed to independent voters for 2026 and 2027. 

If you are currently registered as independent and want to participate in the Democratic primary elections in June 2026, you must change your party affiliation before April 1, 2026.
