I am a mom, a U.S. Army veteran, and a lifelong Oklahoman. I’ve spent years fighting for public education, working families, and basic human rights right here in our state.
Oklahoma’s leaders have left our classrooms underfunded, our hospitals closing, and our families struggling to make ends meet. All while chasing culture wars and serving billionaire donors.
I’m running for the first Congressional District in Oklahoma because we deserve better.
I believe in building power from the ground up, centering community, and standing in solidarity with those who’ve been left out and left behind.
In solidarity we stand. In power we rise.

Oklahoma families are working harder than ever, but the wealth we create is being funneled upward while billionaires and giant corporations hoard record profits. The wealth gap between the richest Americans and the rest of us has exploded, leaving families struggling to cover basics while a handful of people buy yachts and planes. For decades, politicians have handed out tax breaks to the wealthy while slashing resources for schools, healthcare, and infrastructure. I will fight to close corporate loopholes, end handouts for the ultra-rich, and make sure the wealthiest finally pay their fair share. An economy built on exploitation only serves the few. It’s past time to put people over profit and rebuild an economy that works for all of us.

Oklahomans work hard, but too often our paychecks don’t reflect the value of our labor. For decades, corporate lobbyists and politicians have worked hand-in-hand to weaken unions, suppress wages, and strip workers of basic protections. I will fight to raise wages, strengthen collective bargaining, and protect the right to organize without fear or retaliation. When workers have power, families thrive and so does our country.

Extremists are working overtime to take away our freedoms: from voting rights to reproductive rights to the freedom to learn and live authentically. I will fight to strengthen democracy by protecting voting access, combating corruption, and ensuring every Oklahoman’s voice is heard in DC. Freedom means freedom for all of us, not just the wealthy and powerful few.

Every child deserves the chance to learn in a well-funded classroom with qualified teachers and the tools they need to succeed. That means raising teacher pay, protecting public schools from extremist political interference, and expanding access to free school meals. Strong public education doesn’t just lift up students — it strengthens our democracy, builds opportunity, and keeps our communities thriving.

Healthcare is not a privilege, it’s a basic human right. Oklahomans should never be forced to choose between buying groceries and filling a prescription. I will fight to expand affordable healthcare, protect rural hospitals from closure, and defend personal medical freedom. I will work to expand federal investment in rural healthcare, protect local hospitals, and ensure every family, no matter their zip code, can access the care they need close to home. Mental health care must be fully integrated and accessible, with an emphasis on veterans, working families, and underserved communities.

Every Oklahoman deserves safe, affordable housing. But too many families are being priced out while corporate landlords and out-of-state investors buy up homes and drive up rents. I will fight for federal investment in affordable housing, tenant protections, and programs that keep homeownership within reach for working families. Housing is not a luxury. It’s a human right.

As a veteran, I know the sacrifices service members and their families make. I also know that too many veterans come home to a system that fails them. I will push to fully fund VA services, expand mental health care, and improve support for military families during and after service. Service doesn’t end when the uniform comes off — and neither should our commitment.

Everyone deserves the right to live safely, openly, and authentically. I will work to pass federal protections for 2SLGBTQ+ people in housing, employment, and inclusive healthcare. No child should be targeted by politicians for who they are, and no family should have to leave Oklahoma to feel safe. Our communities are stronger when every one of us is free.

Decades of “tough on crime” policies have filled our prisons while leaving our communities no safer. Oklahoma locks up more people per capita than almost anywhere in the world — and Black, Brown, and Native people are disproportionately targeted by over-policing and harsher sentences. True public safety comes from strong schools, good jobs, and stable neighborhoods — not mass incarceration. I will work to end mandatory minimums, reduce racial bias in policing and sentencing, and invest in prevention and rehabilitation. Justice should mean accountability, fairness, and the chance to rebuild, not a lifetime of punishment.

Oklahoma has seen firsthand the cruelty of ICE raids that tear parents from their children and destabilize entire communities. No one should live in fear of being kidnapped by their own government while dropping their kids off at school or going to work. I will fight to end mass workplace raids and family separations, shift federal resources away from detention and deportation, and toward building fair pathways to citizenship. Immigrants are not a threat. They are our neighbors, coworkers, and fellow Oklahomans who make this state stronger.

Oklahoma is home to 39 Tribal Nations whose sovereignty must be respected and protected. That means upholding treaty rights, supporting tribal jurisdiction, and ensuring Tribal Nations have a real voice in federal decision-making. It also means listening: Indigenous communities have long practiced land stewardship and traditional ecological knowledge that can guide us toward a more sustainable and just future. I support returning decision-making power and land to Tribal Nations where possible, and building partnerships rooted in respect, justice, and shared responsibility for the land we all call home.

For too long, Oklahoma’s infrastructure has been neglected while wealth is siphoned out of our communities. I will fight to expand broadband, repair roads and bridges, and modernize water and power systems so every family — rural or urban — can count on the basics. Agriculture is the backbone of our state, but family farms are being pushed aside by corporate agribusiness. I will work to protect small farmers and ranchers, strengthen local food systems, and keep our land and resources in Oklahoma hands.
At the same time, we face extreme weather, climate change, and new industries like data centers straining our resources. I will push for clean energy jobs, protections for our air and water, and safeguards to ensure tech companies don’t drain our power and water without giving back.
